Keeping a Gratitude Journal

Many people are beginning to understand the importance of living in a state of gratitude. Basically, what you focus on in life expands. So if you focus on all of the good things in your life, you will have more good things to show up. But the importance of writing down all of the things you are grateful for doesn't seem like such a big deal. It takes time. But there is some research that is showing that the actual act of writing adds power to the act of being grateful. Writing down your goals has been proven to be more effective than just thinking about them. So why not gratitude? There seems to be an actual transfer of power from the muscles of the arm to the paper. I've tried keeping a gratitude journal and I began to feel happier in just a few days.
