Dr. Zahi Hawass, a famous archeologist and Egyptologist, thinks he may know where the legendary Cleopatra final resting place may be. After researching the subject for years he thinks he knows where Cleopatra and Marc Antony may be buried. He began excavation during the spring of 2006, but the water table has risen too high to continue. By October of 2006 the water table should be lower and he can begin again. Dr. Hawass thinks that after Cleopatra committed suicide by letting an asp bite her, the high priest moved her body to where Marc Antony's body was located. He thinks the site is just outside of Alexandria, Egypt where Cleopatra's famous palace was located. Check back later for more details.
