This book is a marvelous book for anyone trying to heal emotionally and/or spiritually. Debbie Ford explains how to access the inner parts of us that are causing us daily problems. These meditational exercises help you reach the dark and light side of our psyche. The main premise of her book is that we must learn to love ALL of ourselves, the “good” and the “bad”.
